Privacy Policy

This policy covers the TUTTOGAS Radio app (Android and iOS) and the website tuttogas.com. We collect as little data as possible.

1. Controller

2. The TUTTOGAS Radio app

  • No user account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • Radio stream: the app loads the audio stream and track information from radio.tuttogas.com.
  • Song images and texts (covers, artist photos, short bios) come from music.tuttogas.com. They originally come from Last.fm, Fanart.tv and TheAudioDB but are cached on our server. The app does not contact these services.
  • Likes: on first start the app creates a random identifier on your device. When you like a song, our server stores only a salted hash of this identifier together with the song, station and time. It cannot be traced back to you. We use likes only for song rankings. While the song is still among the recently played ones, you can undo the like in the app.
  • On the device the app only stores settings, the like identifier and cached images. Deleting the app removes all of it.

3. The website tuttogas.com

  • Fonts and images are served from our own server. We use no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking services.
  • The radio player loads stream and track information from radio.tuttogas.com.
  • Calendar: to show events near you, our server derives your approximate city from your IP address using the service ip-api.com. We do not store it. Weather for Lignano is fetched by our server from Open-Meteo without any data about you.
  • Adding an event: what you type into the input field is checked by our server using web search services (Tavily, Google) and AI (OpenAI). Please do not enter personal data there.
  • Photo uploads: if you contribute photos, we email you a sign-in link (sent via Resend). The website then sets a strictly necessary session cookie (“tuttogas_session”). Before a photo appears we remove its metadata (e.g. location) and have it checked automatically for prohibited content (OpenAI). We store your IP address only as a hash to prevent abuse.
  • Videos: the history page embeds YouTube videos. When shown, your browser loads content from YouTube (Google), which receives your IP address.

4. Servers and logs

Our servers are hosted by Fasthosts (United Kingdom; covered by an EU adequacy decision). Requests to the website, stream and app interfaces create technical logs with IP address, time and requested address. We use them only for operation and security and delete them after a short time.

5. Legal basis

Operating stream, app and website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Likes, event submissions and photo uploads: your use of the respective feature (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at office@viagusto.app. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

7. Changes

We plan an optional user account, e.g. to keep your likes across devices. If it comes, we will update this policy beforehand.
